What is this on my toe?

White patch under the skin on my big toe, surrounded by a red ring/bit of swelling. Feels totally smooth but it’s a bit sore to walk on! Any ideas what it could be?

Start of a verruca?

Looks like the start of hand, foot, and mouth. Are you feeling ill in anyway?

Looks nothing like any HF and M I've ever seen!
