Sonicare toothbrush - soft toothbrush head recommendation?

Does anyone on here use a Sonicare toothbrush? We have a few of these in the house but having a few issues choosing replacements heads. Have spoken to Sonicare but even they seem confused as to what they are currently selling as there seem to be several (genuine) heads sold via other reputable sites which they do not seem to be selling themselves.

Really looking for Sonicare brush head that is quite soft. Does anyone have a Sonicare toothbrush head that they use that they can recommend? Thanks.

They used to do one called sensitive I think, which were softer. You can probably find them somewhere other than Philips website if they no longer do them. I have been buying my particular head from Ebay for years as Philips stopped doing it! I think they must do different heads in different countries which is why you can still get the older heads.
