Blood sugar levels

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can give me an idea of whether my blood sugar is too high or not?
I had blood tests done a few weeks ago and they came back as 102 after fasting overnight (from probably around 9pm). I have no history of diabetes apart from having to have two gestational diabetes tests during my last pregnancy. I was not diagnosed with GD on the end. I was just getting bloods done as a check-up before TTC my second DC. I'm slightly overweight, around 75 kilos at 5"7/8. The Ob/Gyn who quickly went over the results with me on the phone didn't mention it at all but I noticed it was at the top of the normal range given. Any thoughts?

Sounds a touch higher than ideal for a fasting blood glucose result. The numbers are explained here www.diabetes.co.uk/diabetes_care/blood-sugar-level-ranges.html
