Adult DS (26) is currently in hospital (and has been for almost three weeks) with covid and other unknown infections/abdominal pain, recent tests have revealed low white blood cells and high B12. Liver ultrasound looks okay but previous LFTs were abnormal earlier in his admission. I don’t have the specifics but would like to know what kinds of conditions might be responsible for this.
