I'm interested in people's experience of losing gained weight after stopping citalopram/ other SSRIs.
I have slowly gained 12lb since taking citalopram for 7 months and I am starting to wean off now.
Did people lose the weight gradually since stopping?
Anyone not lose it?
Did you have to put lots of effort in or did it gradually come off as the drug left your system? What did you do to lose the weight?

Just to add I've been taking it for post natal issues and now is the right time for me to stop.
