This is a bit random, I keep meaning to ring the doctor about it but then it goes away for a week or two and I forget about it. But I have this numbness and tingling on and off under my lips. It's starting to get a bit annoying actually. It's been happening on and off for about 2 months, sometimes on one side but usually on both sides. I have illustrated where it happens on this picture of Father Dougal 
anyone had this and know what it might be?
