Hi!

I'm 29. Healthy weight. Pretty healthy diet, I would say.

Had my bloods back from fasting test.

Serum HDL cholesterol level is 2.1 (print out notes > 1.2)
Serum triglycerides 0.5 (print out notes < 2.0)

Anyone explain this? Have GP but 2 weeks away and anxious!

Thanks:)

What's your total cholesterol. Those results look fine.

And why are you having your cholesterol checked anyway? Do you have a strong family history of heart disease?

Dont feel anxious. I know easier said then done, but if it was anything serious, you would see them earlier. If you are worried, the FASTEST way to lower it naturally is a whole foods plant based diet. Watch on youtube forks over knives, check out their website as well. Watch game changers and what the health on netflix.

I had a cholesterol test as I have an annual health check due to me having a SMI (serious mental illness)

Have attached complete results.

Those levels are great.
HDL is the “good” cholesterol so better that this makes up the total cholesterol.
And your TC:HDL is really good

Amazing blood levels. Great LDL (the bad one) as it is very low. Nothing to worry about, quite the opposite actually.
