Lump reconstructed breast

Hi All.
Just looking for some advice really. Back in 2018 I was diagnosed with DCIS, really early no lymph node involvement. Had a double mastectomy and reconstruction, all fine since, coming up 4 years.
Last night I found a small round hard lump on one of my breasts (implants). It's extremely mobile and slips around when I touch it.
Have booked in to see my consultant but it's weeks away and I can't help thinking the worst. Any experience out there?
