following on from thread yesterday I went to Pilates last night and enjoyed it but at £5 a go I think I am gonna need alot of sesions so have decided to buy a dvd ..DH works away alot so I cant always go to classes and I have alot of free evenings so I am sure I can do it.

Someone recommended Cindy Crawford but she isnt on ebay and as they are £££'s in the shops I thought I would try one off ebay to see if I like it..

TIA!!

The Lynne Robinson one I have is good - my physio recommended her stuff - I see one on Amazon for £12. I wouldn't buy a sleb exercise DVD.

I've just ordered this

She's very good, I like the one I have. (Ok, I never do it, I go running or do Tae Bo instead, but if my back is acting up, I do the exercises.)

Def Lynne Robinson - she's done quite a few, the exs are well explained.

Look on Pilates Bodycontrol website, then see if you can get them cheaper anywhere else.

In fact I might do that myself.
