Me and DH had it Christmas Eve,day, Boxing day and the 27th/28th.

The kids didnt get it amazingly although DS2 vomited a few times but he was well.

But all yesterday DS2 did about 6 runny poops from about 7pm onwards so Im praying he isn't coming down with it, hes still asleep in bed!

In need of TLC here! Fortunately not norivirus but anither strain I think - feverish, achey, stomach cramps and nausea (and no I'm not pg!) since Sunday.

Fortunately I can work at home so don't have to face 40 mile commute, and am obviously working hard seeing as i'm on here!

Don't feel awful, just feeling fed up really, anyone else in need of a (((hug)))?

ladytophamhatt · 08/01/2008 10:05

Dh, ds1, ds2 and ds4 have got it/had it, just me and ds3 have escaped it.

I feel like florence nightingale!

BellaLasagne · 08/01/2008 10:07

Here's a ((hug)) for you then - hope you're all feeling better soon!

Can anyone offer advice,
My 18 month old daughter has this nasty virus but can't tell me what's wrong !!
Started with the vomitting but now the other end she still wants to eat and i feel really mean not letting her have what she wants

TrinityTheProgressingRhino · 22/04/2008 16:06

Hi yvette

this is an old thread and you may get a better response if tou start your own

about you daughter though
I would just give her plain, bland food
banana, toast, apple, rice, that kind of thing

hope she feels better soon

Not stomach bug. I have 'viral infection' according to Dr. Very Very sore throat, cant eat, achey muscles, sore skin, fever, headache, sore ears. Was sick with it the weekend, but no vomiting now.

Felt better, so DH, DD and I went to toys r us to get a friends boy a birthday present. Its always empty in there, no problem spreading lurgeys round I thought, do me good to get out.

Stood in queue with this little boy, sweetly playing with DD, he turns round, has a face full of chicken pox sores. Not all scabs either.

That'll be next then.
And it wiped me out so back in bed again.

Pavlovthecat · 22/04/2008 16:24

LOL, i did not read fully. no wonder i got confused when someone said 'back from xmas hols'

kittywise · 22/04/2008 16:25
