I'm so sick of this persistent dry patch, which I think might be eczema or something. Hydrocortisone doesn't seem to be any help, I've also tried zeroderm but it keeps coming back. It's driving me up the wall and I have a similar patch on one inner eye. Doctor not much help. Wondered if anybody has advice please?

Could it be ear eczema, maybe a pharmacist could help, what did the doctor advise.

DS had something similar on his arm. Doctor diagnosed a fungal infection and gave him an anti fungal steroid cream which cleared it quickly.

Hydrocortisone but it doesn't work and I don't want to apply it daily

Thank you! Going to try that, I have a tube that was prescribed for my DD's face so hopefully that will work!
