I’ve been seeing a podiatrist since last summer as developed Achilles issue in the right foot, she gave insoles and that improved the achilles issue then ended up with other pain in other areas of the foot, it was frustrating and now basically have plantar, achilles and sesamoid issues in the right. I’ve wore my insoles, iced it, rest and done exercises but no improvement. Though the achilles did feel non existent but then this weekend house cleaning and change of footwear and thats it back again snd now in the left foot.
I’m thinking of asking for shockwave therapy, does anyone have experiences or any other useful tips or trainers recommendations?
Is spin class to build strength yayy or nay!
Is walking best or avoid? Tbh I’m away on holuday this week and lots of walking involved and dreading!
