Hi any i visited my dr last week as I’ve been suffering with tightness around the neck and back of my shoulder (left), numbness in my left arm
And hands at times. He diagnosed cervical radiculopathy and prescribed co codamol and said no lifting at work.
I was doing the housework yesterday and I began having awful spasms in my lower LFT back. I thought CR only really effected the upper part. Anyone else had anything similar to this? Sad is it CR or could
It be something else?

My right side is bad and my neck..I was told by physio maybe carpal tunnel both hands.
I got to have a MRI on my neck..she doesn't think carpal tunnel now..
I am wondering if I got this now.

My DH had this a few year ago- he was in agony- (he has some degeneration of the cervical vertebrae ) but saw a physio who gave him exercises to do and after a while it subsided. He still gets the occasional pain if he hasn't been doing the exercises but fairly stable and no pain.
