Basically I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced this and what the hell happened to me , last night I woke up in the middle of the night with severe pain in my lower left side of my stomach I crawled to the bathroom and laid down on the floor just crying as it was so painful ,I was trying to take deep breaths and breathe through it but it was awful I started to panic and considered phoning an ambulance but tried to hold out and in the end the pain settled down after about 20-30 minutes. The only thing I can think of that could relate to it is that i am currently on my period, I have already been referred to a gynaecologist to see if I have scar tissue from my c section, wondering if to just wait for the appointment or phone a GP and ask for advice.
