Can you be allergic to 'just' white bread?

I have a large patch of very sore itchy skin on my scalp and been trying to work out what's causing it. After a lot of trial and error I don't think it's product related, so I think it must be food. I thiiiiink I've noticed that it's worse after I've eaten white bread (which also makes me look like I've swallowed a beach ball so I don't eat it much anyway), but all I can find online is articles about wheat allergies, when I don't seem to have a problem with granary bread. Is a white bread allergy a 'thing'?

I get bloating from white bread but nothing else, so maybe.

Perhaps its from the yeast? Or the sugars you get from eating the white bread.
