NHS dentists in Oxford

Have a student DS in the university of Oxford who needs to visit a dentist, but upon googling only saw private ones nearby?
This is very specific but anyone would suggest ones that accept NHS patients?

Has he checked with his College if they have any arrangements especially for emergencies like they do with GP practices? I just looked my old College up and it has an arrangement with Studental at Oxford Brookes. It does however say that it is best to be seen when back at home, given the short 8 week terms.
