Red rash on cheek and neck

I've had a rash on my face and neck for three weeks now. I've been to the chemist, who recommended steroids for the neck and a fungicide for my cheek but this has made minimal difference after a week. They all itch badly, as does a patch under my eye (which thankfully isn't red at all). The cheek rash does seem different to the other two - it is lumpy and more scaly (sorry, tmi). I have a phone consultation with my GP next week but am interested in whether anyone else has had something similar. It is driving me nuts!

Hope you manage to get it sorted. I don't want to scare you but my aunt had that on her leg and they are calling it bowmans disease.
I would push for urgent treatment if I were you as it can be easily treated if caught early.
I feel like my aunt has been fobbed off as she noticed it last summer and they told her to leave it six months, well she left it that long and had a biopsy 6 weeks ago, she has to wait another 2 weeks for results,
So this is going on coming up to a year, yet it says early treatment works.
Don't be fobbed off, even if you can go private .
Hope all goes ok.

Sorry I meant Bowens disease.

Just to add…
My aunt had a phone consultation, or should I say video call to a nurse who diagnosed ring worm and was prescribed anti fungal cream, when it didn’t help she finally got to see a GP who diagnosed Bowens , so make sure you get a face to face appointment as I’m finding it ridiculous that someone can do a diagnosis over zoom etc.
