So for the past week I've had painful what I thought we're spots under my arm pits about 5 of them, they've turned into hard painless sometimes itchy lumps and I've today discovered a slightly bigger lump on my breast it is red and tender to touch.. recently I've been getting lightheaded and feeling sick to I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow... what could this be il upload pictures if needed
