Any dentists?

Hi all
Went to the cinema on Friday night and had one of those tango ice blast drinks. All was fine with it until about half way through the film when I took a sip and had pain in my jaw. Pain in my jaw is not uncommon as I have tmj. Still a bit achey on and off yesterday so I had a look at my teeth - or tried to. Saw that this back, filled molar didn’t look quite right next to my filling. I had this filling years ago. Went to the dentist only last month and all was ok. This mark/discolouration may have always been there - I’m not sure as I don’t look in at my teeth very often with visiting the dentist regularly - every 6 months. Could decay have occurred so quickly after my last visit? Or does it look like it could be infected? Thank you in advance from someone stressing as I can’t ring the dentist today with it being the weekend! L x
