big red raised rash on forearms stomach lower back on me ??

i woke up with what i thought were little bites [fleas my step mum jst rescued a cat]

bt woke up at 3am and had a huge anrgy red rash everywhere but not my face ????

woke this morning and its gone

any ideaz wise ladies

Sounds like hives, if spread over your body it's probably a reaction to something you ate. This happened to me a couple of weeks ago, I narrowed it down to the red wine I'd had the night before (apparently can cause this reaction if there's too high a level of sulphites) but it could be anything else you are allergic to.

Yep, me too! Have you got Piriton in the house, if it happens again that's the stuff to take. It seems to have been a one-off for me though, I chucked out the rest of the wine that I think caused it. Might be worth thinking through everything you ate/drank last night and seeing if you can pinpoint the culprit.
