Silly question i know; i seem to have both but somehow i thought you couldn't.
Problem is the thrush pessary says don't use if you have pain passing urine which i do cos of the cystitis. but i'm a bit itchy and uncomfortable.
I'e also got a cold sore and what seems to be a mild tummy bug. i've just went back to work after 6 weeks off sick - am i run down?

Go see a gynecologist.

I had frequently recurring cystitis for years, along with thrush once in a while. Finally went to gyne who treated the vaginal infection and the cystitis stopped as well.

It turns out that the infection was going over to the urinary track and causing cystitis with pretty much every monthly period.

Diflucan is great if you have a yeast infection, but it might be some other bug, especially since you have cystitis that goes with it.

I haven't had cystitis for about 6 years so I am a bit suprised by its appearnnce. I've had 3 sachets/out of 6 and feel better. Even the thrush seems to have died down after using the cream. I might wait before using the pessary.
