Weird symptoms that aren't going away

I have these symptoms and they aren't going away.

Not COVID. Not pregnant.

I have a weird taste in my mouth all the time and things taste the same.
I have tummy pain and tummy ache and stabbing pain in my abdomen. Sometimes I'll need to run to the toilet and I have loose stools.

I feel weak and lethargic and like I'm hungover from too much alcohol but I don't drink and feel like it all the time. Food tastes the same.

I'm tired all the time.

All these things have been happening for about a month now and I can't seem to figure out what is going on. I feel progressively worse as the time moves on. Any ideas, anyone?

I know you said not Covid, but does sound like long covid.

Go to the gp. Couple of years ago I had ‘weird symptoms’ then the uncontrollable shits. Gp thought I had bowel cancer, turns out it was ‘ only ‘ crohns .

Have now put off going to the gp about other ‘weird’ symptoms , because I put it down to my crohns and peri menopause, finally went to my gp about some hrt , had my pre- hrt tests then a ct scan, they have found things that shouldn’t be there in my lungs, clavicle l, multiple vertebrae pelvis and hips and they think I may have lung cancer. Also am on the cusp of being a type 2 diabetic. Waiting for my specialist appt now .

Just go the gp op. Please . Don’t fuck about.
