I have the weirdest headache?? What is this?

It's only the front of my head? It literally feels like like just the front of my brain if that makes sense?
And if I swallow it's worse, like hurts and makes me wince?
I don't get it?
What's happening here?

Migraine?

How are you with bright lights?

Sinuses?

I had that with covid. And my eyes hurt.

The headache i had with covid was like my head was being squashed from the sides into the middle. Like pressure? Does it feel like that?

My eyes kind of hurt? Sinuses hurt when making a swallowing motion as well as head?
Never had this before.

God I hope it isn't covid, can't get LFTs anyway so won't know!

It doesn't feel like my head is being squashed, just pain at the front of my brain, then when I swallow it's worse, it's so weird.

Taken painkillers earlier and it isn't making any difference!

Try steam, if sinuses that might help.
