Avsd?

Have just found out at 29 weeks that our baby girl has complete Avsd heart defect. Completely overwhelmed with information but just wondered if anyone here had any positive stories to share

Hi, I know this is an old thread but it is the only one that came up on my search.

What was the outcome for you in this situation? They found an AVSD in one of my twins at the 20 week scan.

Hello, so little girl is now a happy 2.5 year old :) so after this scan we eventually had genetic testing and my little girl has Down syndrome. The heart part was not as bad as I anticipated, she had heart surgery when she was 5 months old and has not had cardiac problems since just yearly reviews. Happy to answer any other questions you have because I found the end of my pregnancy a minefield of questions
