Painkillers, any that are easy to swallow/ melts /anything?

Struggling to swallow without throwing them back up?

They taste awful though.

My pharmasist friend helped me as I couldn't swallow anything.

Have a drink first so your throat isn't dry and take in the pill, another drink and swallow swallow swallow in your head and it should go down.

Soluble paracetamol? Solpadeine? (soluble paracetamol with codeine, which is a stronger painkilling combination)
