Pulsatile tinnitus and nose bleeds

I am going to do an e-consult in the morning but wondered if anyone had these symptoms before and what caused it. On Friday night I developed pulsatile tinnitus for no obvious reason and I have now had a couple of largish nose bleeds (they did stop on their own each time). Could these be connected? The pulsatile tinnitus is driving me mad!

I have pulsatile tinnitus the last 3 years, but no nose bleeds. My thinking is that it could be connected. My friend also developed pulsative tinnitus and then had other symptoms, which they realised was caused by a torn vein in her neck so she had to go on blood thinners, BP meds, baby asprin etc for a few months and not lift anything heavy until it heals. Keep us updated what the consultant says.

@Mamabear12 thanks. I saw the GP today and he couldn't see anything wrong inside the ear, but he said that if it doesn't settle in two weeks he will refer me to ENT. He also arranged for some blood tests which I will get done this week.

I have pulsatile tinnitus and have always been prone to nosebleeds. Have seen ENT and he just said its one of those things. Just have to ignore it and not worry about. If I stress about it, it gets worse.
