Blood pressure results. What’s going on ?!

Advice please,
My blood pressure has always been fine- but today I took a reading and got bad results. ( attached) just done it again and got this result . It’s looking a lot better that the first 2 but they were only an hour apart. Are the home blood pressure machines very Good ??

Nothing wrong with them is there? First one is a bit high on the lower reading but next two fine

Just to add I thought 120/80 was deemed about perfect
