Blood pressure results ? Normal or not ?

Are these okay readings ?
They say pre high ??

The 91 is pretty high but why is it so different- if you'd just been running or something that would skew the reading.

Your top figure generally fluctuates with activity. So if you've just climb stairs or been for a run for example. The bottom figure should stay more stable.

I think the bottom figure being 90 is a reason to monitor more frequently and seek medical advice if it stays consistently higher than 80.
