First post ever. Just been to the dentist so he could finish my root canal treatment however he tried to access the canal but couldn't due to soft tissue, ie gum overgrowth.. He will try again in a month, otherwise said will have to take tooth out. Slightly panicking after a horrendous afternoon and gagging because of the rubber dam.. all for nothing..
Has anyone had this experience or any dentists that could possibly advise what I can do until next appointment to ensure the next appointment is a success (short of a laser excision that is ...) .
