I’ve not been very well this week - caught Hand, Foot & Mouth last Wednesday and have had over 30 sore ulcers in my mouth 😩
It’s made it almost impossible to eat, I’ve forced a small amount down but haven’t managed much.
Then yesterday I started with a really nasty tummy bug and haven’t been able to eat anything at all since last night. Altogether this week I’ve lost 10lb 😳
8 month old DS is still EBF and I feel so weak that I’m concerned about my milk supply. What should I do?
