Pain right side

Yesterday I had a slight ache on my right hand side (right next to hip bone) going slightly inwards towards belly button). Last night it felt more tender and it still is, but now it hurts if I press on the area where it hurts and feels a bit like a sharp pulling feeling. I can't feel anything any lumps, bumps and it isn't bruised. Just not a clue what it could be, any ideas? Don't want to bother the GP if its something harmless and nothing.

Could it be ovulation pain? Mine can really hurt - and more often than not on right side

It possibly could its the rightish time in my cycle not had it before though. How long does it usually last?

Mine can last a good few days...it feels like I've been kicked by a horse to be honest!

I saw my GP about something similar-sounding a few days ago. She thought acid reflux or gallstones.

tootiredtobother · 10/03/2022 13:49

appendix ? mine started like this

PizzaPizza25 · 10/03/2022 16:15

@dizzydizzydizzy That is interesting I have suffered from silent reflux before. I'll see if I have any tablets around and see if that does anything.
@tootiredtobother I wouldn't have thought appendix as its not excruciating and hasn't got any worse since yesterday!

apendix can 'grumble' for some time before exploding which is what mine did

PizzaPizza25 · 10/03/2022 20:00

@tootiredtobother yikes. Sounds scary!
