Please help re my symptoms

Hi there,
Am not sure if anyone can give advice but my symptoms are

Lower back pain, mainly to the left and going around my sides into my hips. Been given tramadol/naproxen by doc but pain still terrible for last 10 days

Vomiting with the pain has stopped, but feel nauseous most of the time (could be due to Naproxen)

Light headed

Low appetite - gone from eating normally to only wanting 1 meal a day

Stomach pains going from lower stomach area into under my ribs area

Spotting mid period (am probably going into the menopause though)

Not quite sure whether to bother the doc again or just to wait for the back pain to ease and the rest will get sorted when I dont take naproxen and then probably stop feeling sick!

Sounds like a kidney infection..any chance you can get your water tested?

How long ago did you last see the doctor?

If you've developed new symptoms since then, or they haven't improved, then you need to go back to see them asap.

Tbh unless you've seen a doctor in the last couple of days I'd probably go back and see them again anyway.

I thought it hurt to go to the loo if you had a kidney infection?

I only spoke over the phone to her @Susu49 I think I should shouldnt I , I keep putting it off as I have had back problems for years and have just put the pain down to that.

Saw doc today - not a kidney infection but I have blood in my urine so being sent for scans. Bit worried but could be anything I suppose.
