Does this sound like a reaction to something, rather than a bug? I am thinking possibly milk. Post contains TMI and is rather vile...sorry!!

Sounds like it could be lactose intolerance - the whole bloating, wind, diarrhoea thing.

Both I and dh have it and can't tolerate milk. It is much worse on an empty stomach. Just the thought of warm milk makes me feel a bit odd.

does sound a bit like a milk intolerance. If I drink milk I get bloated painful tummy and wind that would crack walls.

well, self diagnosing this sort of thing is not always accuarate..also, you might have a an allergy rather than intolerance and there is a difference. gut problems should be looked into and diagnosed correctly.if it is not lactose related, you need to know .

have you got this norovirus? i had it and kids and it comes with bloated stomach and bad stomach pain
we passed on the foamy poo though
and it did come with vomiting ..

Ozymandius · 04/01/2008 22:04
