I an currently taking multi vitamins that contain biotin. However I have just been diagnosed with subclinical hyperthyroidism and having done some reading have found that biotin can affect some people adversely. So does anyone know of multi vitamins without biotin, or if not what vitamins should I actually take?
I was thinking vit d3 &k2, magnesium (for restless legs), is there anything else I should consider? Im 53 and through the menopause if that helps?
