So I’m 35 next month and for the last few months I’ve been getting hot flushes. They kind of correlated with my period being due so assumed hormonal. However this week (I’m due on next week) I am getting cold flushes too. I cannot get warm even with three layers on and heating on and then suddenly I’ll be boiling hot again around the back of my neck etc.
Worrying this could be something else? I take a betablocker but have done for months and this is relatively new.
