Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone else had experience of this. I had bad pelvic pain during pregnancy. It went after the birth. Since the birth I have been gradually building up my fitness ( I was so I'll during pregnancy that I moved very little, became very unfit and lost muscle mass in my legs) anyway I had got my fitness right up and could walk for an hour and a half with DD in a sling with no problems.
Then last week my pelvis started hurting when walking . It has got worse and worse since then. Today it started hurting after 10 mins pushing the pram. I have spoken to GP who has recommended physio. But I just wondered if anyone had experience of this. I can't work out why it has come back after going.
Other things I am still BFing. Last week at the same time as pelvis started hurting I got my AF back and I had just been poorly with a really horrid virus ( not covid).
Any thoughts?
