Do I need to see someone?

I've had a dull ache in the left side of my chest, kind of starting on the outside of my breast and running under my arm and down the upper part of my arm, all morning. It doesn't go below the elbow.

I feel otherwise well, in fact I dropped the car for its service this morning and jogged the 4m home, so how ill can I be?!

I know about least side pain as a heart attack symptom, but it seems it usually goes alongside other symptoms. It's really very minor discomfort rather than pain and I'm aware that I've become a bit of a hypochondriac since DH died - I'm very aware that DC are completely reliant on me and it seems to have triggered worry about my health in a way I never have before.

Anyway, I'd feel really stupid if I do nothing and it turned out to be something, but the same applies in reverse. WWYD?
