baby sick is mucussy - normal?

DS is 4 weeks old, exclusively breastfed. He's been bringing up watery fluid with white bits in it after most feeds. Just today he's been bringing up mucussy gunky sick. Still white, no smell, more than befre. Normal?

Has he had a cold atall? is he ok in himself?

he seems ok, although he's been sneezing a bit. He doesn't have a blocked nose or anything. I've come down with a nasty flu, but I don't have a runny nose either.
