Nausea

For a while I've been waking up nauseous. A few times I've woken in the night and can't sleep because I feel slightly sick. In no way enough that I think I might vomit but enough to stop me getting back to sleep. The last few days I've felt sick each morning as I wake.

The only other thing I've noticed is that a few times lately, I've come over shaky and feeling unwell during the day. It goes away if I eat, but it was between meals so I shouldn't have had to eat.

I'm early 40s, not pregnant, BMI 22.8 but seem to be more apple shape now I'm in my 40s.

Oh, I also have chronic migraines, so I'm used to feeling nausea with those, but this nausea isn't accompanied by a headache. I just feel bleurgh.

@Lougle Apologies as I know this is a very old thread but I was researching posts about nausea and I came across this. I have exactly the same symptoms as you describe and I wonder if you ever found out what it was and, hopefully, that you are OK now.
