Hoping maybe someone can advise of anything that may have helped, I'm willing to try anything at this stage!
I was in a serious car accident a while ago, and had a major concussion. 8 weeks later, I still have constant pounding headaches. I get a bit of dizziness, and sometimes when I stand up I feel like my brain hasn't quite caught up with my body (if that makes any sense). It's also noticeable how much it has affected me. I'm a lot more irritable, jumpy and tetchy, and I feel like I have no control over it. I am also so so so tired, I can't even keep my eyes open past about 7pm and end up having to go to bed. I feel like I could sleep all day. I'm trying my best, but I just don't feel like myself.
I've been having regular checks with my GP, and also with private care through the insurance claim. The GP has been really good and is keeping an eye on me regularly, but said there's not much that can be done. I just want to feel normal again and be able to function properly without feeling like a zombie
