Shoulder blades always itchy!

Sounds random but my shoulder blades and the bit in between are always itchy. Getting them scratched is the best feeling ever! Even bought myself a back scratcher to do it myself.

Why they so itchy? Is it like a nerve thing?

I used to have this. It turned out to be a lack of essential fatty acids in my diet. Try adding oily fish and stuff like flax seed oil to your diet.

Have you tried the obvious of moisturising with something like CeraVe?

Do you stand with your back to the shower head?

APurpleSquirrel · 27/02/2022 21:03

I get this too!! DH is great at scratching it for me, or a well angled hairbrush. Should really get a back scratcher.

CuckooClocked · 27/02/2022 21:06

I get this as well. It drives me mad.

Howeverdoyouneedme · 27/02/2022 21:08

I get this too. And under my tits.

CuckooClocked · 27/02/2022 21:12

I think it’s an area that’s impossible to moisturise yourself so it gets very dry. Particularly in winter.

@gamerchick

Do you stand with your back to the shower head?
Only when washing my hair
