I’m a pescatarian who is looking to slowly go vegan. Any vegans or wannabe vegans who fancy weighing in?

Check out whole foods plant based. Healthier then Vegan.

It's marketed as healthy, but really isn't. You cannot get sufficient vitamin B12 from a vegan diet and it's very, very difficult to get sufficient calcium and iron.

Vegan substitute foods are also full of utter crap.

Stick with your healthier diet.

@underneaththeash

I know what you mean. Even now I eat way too many carbs. I plan to do it very slowly - the fish is going to go first, than the cow’s milk, then the cow’s cheese, yoghurt & ice-cream, then goat’s cheese & yoghurt & eventually all animal products. I don’t want to be a malnourished vegan who eats truckloads of carbs. I have a big appetite so I need to eat a lot
