Olbas oil. I am 6 months pregnant and have had horrendous headaches with sinusitis. I am on regular paracetomol and anti biotics but nothing was helping. Few drops of olbas oil into a tissue and I felt like a new woman! Still cant beleive it.

I second olbas oil. I hope it works for you too.

When i was pregnant (6whole weeks ago now!) I would do the tissue thing as it advises on the bottle but I would also put a few drops on the corner of my pillow (to make sure it didn't touch my skin) at night and when you wake it's a joy!

i will tell her, thank you

Yes to honey & lemon and Olbas (or Karvol oil).

Hot blackcurrant is also nice and makes a change if you get fed up with lemon.

Steaming your head under a towel over a bowl of boiling water is also good. A tiny bit of menthol crystal (from pharmacy) in the water will clear your sinuses but beware - they are VERY POWERFUL!
