Hi. My ds is 15 and very skinny. His back is very hollow at the bottom. Does this look normal?

Hard to tell from om a photo, prominent scapula suggests there may be a scoliosis.

Teenage scoliosis only really needs intervention if it's causing secondary issues.

Sauk.org.uk has a decent amount of info.

It's hard to tell from the photo but it looks more like kyphosis than scoliosis.
