I'm a school teacher on half term. On Monday I slept until 12pm, yesterday 10:30am and today 11:30am. It's the first time in months I've not set an alarm (I have 2 toddlers so weekend lie-ins are not an option). Is this just me catching up on a bit if sleep debt or should I be concerned?! (I do have a slight vitamin D deficiency but have been taking supplements for a while now so that should be improving). I've never slept like this before!!

It's hard to say, are you refreshed when you wake? Are you sleeping through? What time are you going to sleep? Are you well otherwise?

If it continues or has other symptoms I'd go drs.
