I'm looking to buy a gift for someone's birthday which will help their back pain, particularly when sleeping. I was told recently about acupressure pillows / mats and was wondering if anyone had tried these / if they were any good?....Thanks.

Acupressure mats are for lying on for an hour though not to sleep on.

I did see a TikTok about a pillow, and sleeping position, for back pain. I will see if I can find it. It looked amazing but was sadly over my budget.
