Piles in pregnancy

Hey,

I started experiencing rectal bleeding when I found out I was pregnant

I’d been to 3 doctors and they all said piles

The bleeding kind of eased off a little 2 weeks ago

Found out last week at 12 weeks that I actually had an MMC and baby had stopped growing at 8 weeks

I assumed maybe that’s why the piles started to settle

I still have my pregnancy hormones as I only just had my D&C 3 days ago

My issue is - this morning I finally pooped. I hadn’t done since Friday and I’m usually an every morning person.
The stool was a lot bulkier and painful as it was passing. But not hard and pebbly. Just one big stool. Wiped and saw a tiny bit of blood. Looked into the loo and there we’re a few streaks on the end of my stool.

Could it still be the pregnancy hormones that are making my piles flare up? The lack of bowel movement since Friday?

I’m actually fed up of all the different issues I have going on atm.
Have booked an appointment with my GP - but they’re all adamant that it’s definitely just a combo of childbirth - pregnancy - and piles.
