Foul smelling wind

NC for this as so embarrassed.

Since Christmas, I've noticed that I have a lot more flatulence than I did before and it smells pretty bad. Even DH has commented on it, which is rich coming from him. I'm not eating anything different so I can't understand it. I know I could contact my GP but I feel really embarrassed at the thought of having to explain my symptoms on the phone.

My DF died of bowel cancer at a young age so, I won't lie, the thought of it being something serious is in my mind.

Any thoughts?

Charcoal tablets can help

I'd get some kick-ass probiotics and take those for a while.

Contact your GP. They talk about this kind of thing all the time. I have a long term gut condition and talk about poo and wind at each appointment Grin. Wind was one of my main symptoms pre diagnosis.
