Stopping Contraceptive Pill

Hello -
I stopped my contraceptive pill in august 2021 as I married end of last year and we plan to start trying for a family soon.
We've been using condoms in the interim. I'd been on the pill since I was 15, due to horrific periods when in my teens and continued use thereafter as a form of contraceptive. I've noticed since stopping significant difference in myself. I'm finding myself thinking clearer and more proactively, the weight has dropped off me, with zero effort, I've lost 8 pounds since august of last year. I suffer badly with anxiety and depression, I've found my anxiety has dropped significantly and my moods are much lighter and less erratic.. I've told my partner I never plan on going back on it ever again. I also expected my periods to be a-bit all over the place but they've been regular every month, and seem shorter too.

Just wondering if any other women noticed such changes when stopping?
