Headache behind eye for days

I'm a migraine sufferer but sometimes I get a headache that last a few days where I don't feel sick at all so don't class these as migraines. Nothing seems to get rid of the pain, my nose feels stuffy and have pain over the eyebrow area. one started on Wednesday last week and isn't budging. Has anyone else had these and find a treatment for it, it's really getting me down.

What do you take for migraines? What have you taken for this one?

My migraines don’t always have the same symptoms, sometimes I just go blind in one eye and have no pain or sickness at all, other times I’m lying in a dark room retching I’m so nauseous.

I have been prescribed nasal sumatriptan which works a lot better than the sumatriptan tablets.

Co codamol can actually make migraines worse btw. I wasn’t aware of this until very recently.

I was going to say nasal spray. They are magic.

I get these, I've always assumed it was my sinuses. Sudafed tablets (in the blue packet) always seem to help, as does steam inhalation and a hot compress. Also
Pirinase nasal spray if it's really bad.
These only started for me in perimenopause.

A sinus tablet for pressure and pain or/and an original Syndol in the dark blue box.
Also in bed rub Vicks over your sinuses and head.

Most likely sinus pain, do you have pain/unusual sensation when you press along the bit in the picture.

I find Sudafed good for relieving this.

Could also be that you need to get your eyes tested, or even hayfever, it's the beginning if tree pollen season and with the winds whipping about there's been a lot of pollen around.

I get headaches like this when the air pressure changes especially. Sometimes they develop into full-blown migraines with feeling sick etc as well, and other times they just stay as pain behind the eyes, to a greater or lesser extent. Lying still, painkillers, and caffeine, seem about all I can do until the weather changes.

With all the storms we've had lately, could it be something like that? I actually haven't been too affected with these ones, as it seems to have improved as I get closer to menopause, so I'm sure there was some hormonal influence as well, but even still I felt some degree of pressure in my head/eyes for the past several days.
